Problem: A local sacred sound artivist reached out to Cloud Collective for support on two distinct projects. The first involved documenting a reproductive justice summit and an interview series featuring the women in attendance. The second was focused on capturing the vibrant energy of an artist showcase and mixer for the “Personal is Political” initiative.

Solution: Cloud Collective executed both projects with precision and care. For the Ignite New Voices summit, we filmed a full-day event on a Saturday and conducted more than a dozen 20-minute interviews with participants, capturing their perspectives on reproductive justice. A few weeks later we returned to document the Personal Is Political artist showcase, where we focused on capturing the ambiance and energy of Pittsburgh’s local artists and the interactions among attendees.

Result: The client was thrilled with the outcome of both projects. The deliverables included a series of engaging recap videos for each event, alongside a collection of edited interview shorts featuring the women from the summit. Our work helped bring visibility to the important conversations at the summit and showcased the dynamic talents of the local artist community.
