Documentary Style Recap Video Blending FPV & Ground Footage

Problem: The Homewood YMCA hosts a variety of community programs, including a weekly skate club called Pgh SK8. The team approached Cloud Collective to create a dynamic video that would showcase the energy and impact of the program.

Solution: Cloud Collective dove right in by capturing a mix of aerial drone footage, ground-level action shots, and personal interviews during one of Pgh SK8’s sessions. We coordinated FPV drone flights alongside interviews with the head trainer and several skaters, capturing the essence of the program and its participants.

Result: Both Pgh SK8 and the YMCA were excited with the final video which creatively highlighted the program and provided insight from both the trainers and the skaters. The YMCA was so pleased that the video now plays at the front desk, greeting visitors with the energy and community spirit of Pgh SK8.
