"I agree to follow all manufacturer guidelines for the safe use, charging, handling, and storage of LiPo batteries, including but not limited to:

- Charging only with approved LiPo-compatible chargers.

- Never leaving a battery unattended while charging.

 

- Storing batteries in a fireproof container or LiPo-safe bag.

 

- Avoiding physical damage, puncturing, or exposure to extreme heat.

 

- Proper disposal of damaged or swollen batteries."

 

3. Charging and Storage Practices

- Charge batteries on a non-flammable surface.

 

- Avoid charging near flammable materials.

 

- Store batteries at recommended voltage and in a cool, dry place."

4. Assumption of Responsibility

"I will ensure that the use of the drone received will be used in accordance with the FAA's (Federal Aviation Administration) rules for Safe Recreational Flying."

 

5. Release of Liability
